1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing C444 Game — whether through the website at c444game.vu or through the official Android app — you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement takes effect the moment you create an account or, in some cases, from the moment you first access the platform in any capacity.

These terms form a binding agreement between you (the player) and C444 Game. You cannot transfer liability for account activity to another person by claiming someone else placed a bet or made a withdrawal request.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account at C444 Game, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains open:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. C444 Game is strictly an 18+ platform. We do not accept registrations from minors under any circumstances, and any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately and all balances forfeited.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the original verified account may be closed, and any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false information at the point of registration is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 4 Deposits and Payments

C444 Game accepts deposits in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) through the following payment channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and selected mobile wallets. All account balances are maintained in PKR. There is no currency conversion applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the channel used. JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers are typically instant or near-instant. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's internal processing schedule.

5 Withdrawals

• To the maximum extent permitted, our aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim will not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
